Pre-Orders

  • Our Pre-Order Page is open from Monday to Wednesday with the option to pickup on Friday or Saturday.

  • We have sold-out of our Pre-Order stock or closed Pre-Orders for the week. Or something tragic has happened to Chef Derek.

  • We only allow orders for the present week.

  • Sometimes additional items are available for purchase on pickup days, but that’s not always the case.

  • Menu items usually rotate on a monthly basis, but if the stock runs out sooner, we have to take that item off the menu.

  • Yes, please send an email to orders@relicbageri.com. Please send it 3 days before your scheduled pick up day.

  • Please have your order number ready when you arrive for pickup. Your order number is at the top of your Pre-Order email.

Sunday Pop-Ups

  • Our Sunday Pop-up is the jam. It features our rotating monthly menu for the week, along with a few special features curated by our chefs Derek and Sam. In the past, we’ve offered different types of Smorrbrod, chicken pate, tuna salads, and even Croissant Hot Dogs. Check our Instagram for updates or show up and see what he’s cooking.

  • Typically there’s a line before we even open. We encourage you to arrive early.

  • When we are out, we are out. We promise we aren’t hiding any pastries in the back hallway.

  • There’s always a chance! Our Sunday Pop-Up menu largely depends on the rotating monthly menu for that week and whatever crazy idea pops into Chefs heads!

  • We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen in a little business park in Miramar that’s a little hard to find at times. Look out for our stand-up sign on Commerce Ave.

  • That’s the goal!

  • We are open for pickup orders on Friday from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 1pm. On Sunday, we are open for a Pop-Up from 9:30am to 1:30pm.

  • There is a small parking lot in front of our kitchen and lots of street parking along Commerce Ave. If you find yourself in our back parking lot, kindly drive around to the front of the building to our entryway facing Commerce Ave.

At Home

  • If you don’t plan on eating your croissant right away, we recommend freezing them and re-toasting them.

  • Put it in the oven at 325-350 for 3-5 minutes
