Cardamom Bun
Our recipe comes straight from Denmark where I learned to make these. Cardamom buns can be found all over Scandinavia, they have the softest chewy texture sprinkled with cardamom, and a rich buttery cinnamon cardamom filling, they are the Scandi version of our “cinnamon roll,” without the overwhelming sweetness of icing. A perfect balance, and something we will always serve:)
